About The Position

The Senior Radiation Therapist at Providence St. Joseph Medical Center in Burbank, CA is a full-time position working 8-hour day shifts. This role involves assisting the department supervisor, manager, and/or lead radiation therapist to ensure an adequate flow of patient care through the Radiation Oncology department. The therapist will identify and solve patient problems, contribute to self-development and leadership by teaching and developing radiation therapy staff and students, and effectively interact with other departments within the ministry. Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• California Therapeutic Radiologic Technology Certification upon hire.
• California Diagnostic and Therapeutic Radiologic Technology Certification upon hire.
• National Registered Technologist - Radiation Therapy upon hire.
• 3 years of Radiation Therapist experience in a clinical setting.

Nice To Haves

• 5 years of Radiation Therapist experience in a clinical setting.
