TaskForce is serving as an external search partner for this position. About the Role We are seeking a highly analytical Senior Quantitative Researcher to join our firm’s research and targeting team. This role will play a key consultation role in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting large data sets—ranging from public polling and voter demographics to social and traditional media. The Senior Quantitative Researcher will also work with clients to identify and prioritize electoral targets based on the latest polling data, demographic trends, and strategic intelligence. The ideal candidate combines statistical and analytical expertise with a strong understanding of political, social, and market dynamics, and is comfortable operating behind the scenes.

Requirements

  • Strong command of statistical software and programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
  • Familiarity with survey methodology, sampling, and data weighting.
  • Demonstrated experience in processing large, diverse datasets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex findings into actionable insights.

  • Experience with electoral data and knowledge of U.S. political systems.
  • Proficiency with data visualization and BI tools.

  • Track record of working with external clients

Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and analyze datasets covering public polling, voter demographics, and market research.
  • Manage the design and implementation of original research projects (e.g., market research, tests, or polling) and evaluate existing third-party data sources.
  • Develop, update, and maintain electoral targeting lists.
  • Prioritize electoral targets using the latest polling, field data, and other strategic intelligence to support campaign decision-making.
  • Collaborate with external data science teams to ensure data quality and model accuracy.
  • Audit model outputs—e.g., verifying confidence levels, statistical assumptions, or error rates—and communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain measurement frameworks to evaluate the impact of client work across digital, social, and traditional media platforms.
  • Present insights and recommendations through reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Python.

Benefits

  • Health, dental, and vision coverage.
