Location: Deploying to the Marshall Islands Job Summary: The Senior Quality Representative will be responsible for oversight of all healthcare quality programs across the program and will coordinate with the CONUS based compliance team. In this role, you will act as a patient advocate and champion for quality care within our organization. You will leverage your clinical expertise and nursing background to ensure we are meeting the highest standards of care. Duties and Responsibilities: Some of the areas the Senior Quality Representative will be responsible for are Quality Assurance, Healthcare Accreditation (if required), Policy and Procedure Development, Risk Management, Training and Education, Data Analysis and Reporting, Investigations and Root Cause Analysis, and Continuous Improvement. The Representative will be supported by the corporate Compliance team based out of the Acuity Cape Canaveral Headquarters. Demonstrated knowledge of current Joint Commission and NCQA PCMH standards, performance improvement and survey process. Conduct audits and reviews of medical records to identify areas for improvement in patient care. Analyze data and trends to identify potential risks and opportunities for quality improvement initiatives. Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement quality improvement plans. Educate staff on best practices and ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements and serve as a liaison between patients, nurses, and other departments regarding quality of care issues. Participate in quality improvement committees and projects. Stay up-to-date on current healthcare regulations and quality improvement methodologies. Be available for on-call duties as required, responding promptly to emergencies and providing care as necessary. Other duties as assigned.
