Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent job experience.
• 8+ years of Medicaid proposal development experience.
• Demonstrated success in designing enterprise-level proposal quality frameworks.
• Advanced expertise in proposal evaluation methodologies.
• Ability to act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership.
• Strong command of RFP compliance and scoring logic.
• Exceptional writing and editorial judgment skills.
• Demonstrated leadership across matrixed organizations.
