Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Quality Program Manager to support operations in Huntsville, AL! The PAC-3 Senior Manager will manage teams that directly support Production, Sustainment and Development activities. This position requires strong leadership and people skills, the ability to problem solve, proactively identify issues, and develop and communicate action plans. In this role, the ideal candidate is expected to manage first-level managers and employees performing management activities across multiple shifts. This position will be required to develop and execute business plans, policies and procedures and develop organizational and technical strategies. Interface directly with stakeholders to help resolve production issues and provide education and coaching on the Quality System. Manage resources and lead process improvements.
