The PAC-3 Senior Manager will manage teams that directly support Production, Sustainment and Development activities. This position requires strong leadership and people skills, the ability to problem solve, proactively identify issues, and develop and communicate action plans. In this role, the ideal candidate is expected to manage first-level managers and employees performing management activities across multiple shifts.
