About The Position

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is hiring a Senior Quality Systems Specialist (Level 4) to join our Quality Process Team in Everett, WA. Position Responsibilities: Leads stakeholders in analysis of process data, metrics, models and flows to identify root cause of complex problems and development and implementation of preventive or corrective actions Conducts research, compiles and analyzes performance reports and process control statistics to continuously improve process capability Analyzes data to provide material review dispositions for complex nonconforming materials, parts and equipment Leads multi-function, multi-site groups to develop company directives, policies, processes, procedures and metrics to assure program, contract, customer, regulatory requirements, international standards and working agreements are deployed Leads Quality reviews of proposals, regulatory, program and customer requirements ensuring early quality involvement in program development Assists in the development of new standard repairs for nonconforming materials, parts and equipment Works under minimal direction

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with the Boeing Production System
• 3+ years of experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS)
• Experience in collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis and presenting data
• Experience using excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate with leaders and colleagues

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's Degree or higher
• Experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications
• Experience with AS9001: International Aerospace QMS Standards
• Experience with the Boeing Problem Solving Model (BPSM) and/or Systematic Problem Solving
• Experience with data visualization and analysis using Tableau
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Safety Management System (SMS)
