Overview: The Senior Manager of Global Quality Management is responsible for the overall development, implementation and maintenance of Company's Quality Management System. This position will work closely with the leadership team of all business units, Operations, and Global Engineering to ensure Company's quality strategies are aligned with the company's strategic and performance goals for both government and commercial markets. A core responsibility of this Manager will be to lead comprised of highly seasoned quality and configuration management professionals ensure that the internal processes established in each department are effective, efficient, and yield quality results and to ensure Company's vendors maintain the highest level of quality for all parts, components, and sub-assemblies used in Company products. The team lead by this individual will work closely with the Global Supply Chain team to establish supplier performance criteria, monitor supplier performance and hold suppliers accountable for any quality issues. This individual will possess a passion for the quality discipline and will work with cross-functional departments as needed to promote and evangelize Company 's culture of quality to customers, prospects, and industry contacts.
