About The Position
The Senior Quality Lead, Non-Conformance is responsible for promoting and implementing organizational policies and standards to ensure product quality throughout design transfer, manufacturing, and distribution, in compliance with regulatory requirements and Philips' Business Systems/Procedures. This role acts as the Business Process Owner for non-conformance, driving reduction and process validation maturity in collaboration with Quality leads in Integrated Supply Chain. The position oversees Quality Assurance activities related to manufacturing processes and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, impacting processes such as new product introduction and remediation of non-conformances.
