About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst to join the Center of Quality within the Commercial Banking Operations division. This role focuses on performing advanced quality assurance activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and mentoring less experienced colleagues. The analyst will play a critical role in identifying risks, recommending improvements, and ensuring customer issues are addressed effectively.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of Quality Assurance experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.

  • Partner with peers and the business in interactions with external parties to support appropriateness and timeliness of response.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize practices to perform advanced quality assurance and self-assurance activities including comprehensive reviews of multiple types of executive office transactions.
  • Perform advanced, comprehensive regulatory or high risk reviews of multiple types of executive resolution transactions and case reviews.
  • Identify risk and problem areas and recommend improvement.
  • Evaluate case intake, distribution, research, communication and resolution.
  • Ensure customer issues are addressed while maintaining compliance with internal company requirements and standards and agency or government regulations.
  • Ensure identified risks or problems are clearly documented and interact with appropriate parties for timely resolution.
  • Perform second-level reviews.
  • Mentor less experienced colleagues and assist with their development.
  • Ensure corrective action on exceptions and problems identified.
  • Provide guidance to team regarding documentation and resolution requirements.
  • Communicate overall process or transaction quality.
  • Provide feedback to appropriate contacts regarding identified material deficiencies or issues.
