The Senior Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst provides proactive leadership in defining and implementing quality strategies across complex projects or product areas. This role works closely with Business and IT partners to plan and lead all aspects of quality assurance, including test architecture, test case development, manual and automated test execution, and performance validation. The Senior QA Analyst brings deep experience to help resolve challenges early, coach team members on best practices, and ensure alignment between requirements, testing activities, and delivery outcomes. By championing a culture of quality, the Senior QA Analyst helps drive scalable and efficient QA processes across teams, with a continuous focus on delivering high-value, reliable solutions.

  • Lead test efforts for assigned work including creation of test strategies/plans/scripts to assess functionality, reliability, quality.
  • Execute, and oversee inspection and testing of products and processes to confirm quality conformance to specifications and quality deliverables.
  • Test across various devices and OS levels.
  • Analyze and investigate defects and product issues or reported quality issues to ensure closure in accordance with testing strategy and/or best practices.
  • Proactively lead efforts in quality planning and organization as well as defect tracking, documenting, and reporting.
  • Monitor risk-management procedures and maintain and analyze problem logs to identify and report recurring issues to management and product development.
  • Lead and facilitate test related meetings such as test planning sessions or workshops, daily checkpoints, defect triage, change management etc.
  • Mentor QA team members.
  • Reinforce training and support to team members as needed to ensure effective execution of test plans.
  • Lead the creation/maintenance/adherence to standard operating procedures (SOP's) and control processes for the testing practices.
  • Participate in all aspects of solution delivery life cycle including analysis, estimation, design, coding, testing, production deployment, and support.
  • Keep abreast with industry technologies and tools in the software testing practices.
  • Actively champion and contribute to the continuous improvement and maturity of quality assurance practices across the organization.
  • Understand and consistently perform in accordance with ATS Mission, Vision, and Values.

  • Complete work responsibilities outside of normal business hours as needed and infrequent travel may be required.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
  • A four-year degree in business information systems, information technology, software development management, software engineering, computer science, or a related technical field or equivalent experience.
  • Five to eight years' experience in the areas of business systems and software testing, including manual and automated. Load testing experience is a plus.
  • Advanced knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools.
  • Proven knowledge and use of testing best practices and defect management.
  • Techniques related to automating platforms and deployments.
  • Advanced analytical, conceptual, and creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven experience in generating standardized documentation.
  • Must be analytical with the ability to apply information and solve problems creatively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Jira, basic browser dev tools with proven expertise in tools like Selenium, Browserstack, Postman, TestNG, etc.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written, listening and verbal).
  • Must be self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Must be a team player, amenable to a variety of work projects.
  • Willing and able to travel occasionally, including overnight travel.
