Participate in critical analysis, design, and change review meetings for software developed in-house; or by outside third parties. Define software validation processes, guidelines, and standards. Provide software validation, design controls, and risk management training. Generate metrics to assess software quality and evaluate results. Report and track defects. Participate in the communication and analysis of test results and patterns, providing feedback loop to requirements gathering, design, and development teams.
