Reporting to the Senior Manager, Quality Assurance, we are in search of a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst, Enterprise Applications to help implement and execute on the testing strategy of enterprise-wide applications that are critical to the success of the business.

Requirements

8+ year’s experience in Quality Assurance
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
Experience testing Enterprise applications that include Oracle NetSuite or any other ERP’s
Must have deep understanding of Retail systems and how Financial and Inventory workflows work in the retail industry
Understanding of SQL queries
Strong understanding and hands on experience testing eCommerce applications such as Shopify, Braintree & Klarna, as well as CMS systems
Extremely skilled tester with the ability to think outside of the box
Strong communication skills and experience partnering with key stakeholders and business leaders
Solid understanding of Agile development methodology

Responsibilities

Implement and manage the QA process across our enterprise platforms including designing the testing strategy, writing and executing test cases, verifying bug fixes, and generating test reports
Performs as Testing SME for Enterprise Applications that includes Oracle NetSuite and Middleware services
Establish a functional testing approach for feature and regression testing and leads the testing data collection exercise, execution and produces the daily progress/status for testing
Partner with business leaders and development team to align on features and functionality, ensuring ongoing communication throughout the design, implementation, testing, and delivery of enhancements and bug fixes
Create and maintain organized documentation of test results
Collaborate with the Product and Development teams to fully understand technical and functional requirements
Coordinating with both onsite and off-shore QA team members ensuring the project timelines are met
Analyze test results to ensure existing functionality and make recommendations for corrective action
Lead the UAT calls and partner with business users to demo how the test case would impact the Oracle ERP with journal entries
Write SQL queries to verify the Data ingestion process to Database and output in the end user application
Support testing efforts on ecommerce platforms and other software as needed
Partner at all levels to become functional SME for Inventory and Financial systems
Support D2C testing initiatives which include test case creation, responsive design testing & e-commerce testing
Work with warehouse data centers to ensure order processing is functioning the way it is supposed to
Strong knowledge of e-commerce testing and CMS systems
