Senior QC Specialists are essential to a large team that delivers extreme service on a new project for mobile phone operators. The primary function will be to ensure adherence to policy and procedures and maintain the highest quality standard for client lease term agreements & documentation; secondary functions include database research, electronic document management, and internal customer service interactions with client and business units. Team member must be an Expert-level QC Specialist working Quality Control of Abstraction/ Property Management, Special Projects & Escalations. Responsible for assisting the Project Manager with new hire training; reviewing internal QC; managing special mini projects; completing complex assignments, escalations, priority corrections; and more. Primary goals and responsibilities: · Review and approve abstraction lease terms for use in data management systems. · Identify and record inaccurate or missing data fields to be corrected by abstraction and or property management. · Comfortable communicating with clients and internal business units. · Maintain required production and accuracy standards · Actively collaborate with VZ QC team on monitoring rejection rates · Assist with new hire training and reviewing internal QC · Manage mini projects along with keeping up <45 day SLA · Review complex assignments, escalations and priority events
