About The Position

We are seeking a Senior QA Engineer with a strong focus on manual and functional testing to ensure the quality, reliability, and usability of software solutions. In this role, you will play a key part in validating application behavior, data accuracy, and system integrations through well-structured test strategies and hands-on execution.
You bring solid experience in quality assurance, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to analyze complex scenarios. You are comfortable collaborating closely with engineering and product teams, contributing insights that improve product quality and supporting informed technical decisions. While this role is primarily manual, familiarity with automation concepts is valued for future evolution.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in Quality Assurance, with a strong emphasis on manual and functional testing.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent time management and prioritization abilities.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to mentor and support peers.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving orientation.
• High attention to detail and quality standards.
• Proven experience in test planning, test case design, execution, and result reporting.
• Strong background in manual testing for functional, UI, and security-related scenarios.
• Solid experience validating front-end behavior and user flows.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, including writing queries to validate data and support testing scenarios.
• Experience performing data validation and verifying data integrity across systems.
• Strong experience testing APIs and endpoints (e.g., REST, GraphQL), including request/response validation.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
• Experience working with version control systems (Git, GitHub, GitLab).
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and understanding how QA fits within continuous delivery processes.

Nice To Haves

• Basic exposure to test automation concepts or tools (not currently required, but beneficial).
• Experience with performance, mobile, or data-focused testing.
• Familiarity with cloud-based environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
