We’re looking for a Senior QA Engineer to join our MPP Engineering team. In this role, you’ll help ensure the quality and reliability of systems that support critical US trading infrastructure. Requirements

• Experience in software quality assurance, including manual and automated testing
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle
• Comfortable working with databases, Linux-based environments, and cloud platforms
• A pragmatic approach, and a "let's do this" attitude.
• Clear communicator who works well in collaborative, global teams

Nice To Haves

• Experience testing financial or market-related systems, especially the FIX protocol
• Familiarity with message-based or real-time systems
• Exposure to regulated or high-availability environments

Responsibilities

• Test complex systems through a mix of hands-on and automated testing to ensure high quality and reliability
• Create, maintain, and evolve test plans, test cases, and regression suites
• Identify issues early, document findings clearly, and work closely with engineers to resolve them
• Support client-reported issues across environments and assist with troubleshooting and validation
• Contribute to continuous improvement across testing processes and the full software lifecycle
