Responsibilities

Lead the coordination and preparation of proposals, presentations, and other pursuit-related documents
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business development, marketing, and technical staff, to gather necessary information and ensure alignment with client requirements
Develop and maintain a pursuit schedule, tracking milestones and deadlines to ensure timely delivery
Review and edit proposal content for clarity, consistency, and compliance with client specifications
Manage the proposal database and ensure all documents are properly archived and accessible
Conduct post-submission debriefs to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices
Support the development of pursuit strategies and win themes to enhance the competitiveness of proposals
