About The Position

DSH-Metropolitan is seeking a knowledgeable, experienced, and dedicated Neuropsychologist to fill our full-time vacancy. The position requires the ability to provide comprehensive neuropsychological assessment for criminally and civilly committed psychiatric patients, in an inpatient state hospital setting. In addition, the position includes managing the hospital's psychological assessment materials, providing consultation and training for other staff members, supervising psychology interns and students, and assisting with quality oversight for various psychological assessments. Experience with and the ability to provide training, consultation, and supervision in psychodiagnostics and forensic assessment is preferred.

Requirements

• Completion of two years of formal Neuropsychology training.
• Eligibility by way of permanent civil service status, reachable on an employment list, transfer eligibility, or reinstatement eligibility.

Nice To Haves

• Fluency in Spanish and ability to conduct evaluations in Spanish.
• Experience in psychodiagnostics and forensic assessment.
