The Senior Provider Data Analyst will independently manage projects and collaborate with cross functional teams across all areas that influence the Contract Lifecycle Management product. This role supports provider and facility contracting by evaluating needs and developing contract templates aligned with business and organizational requirements. You’ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience working with health care provider contracts / contracting language
  • Experience managing multiple tasks / deliverables interacting with multiple cross-functional areas of the company
  • Solid analytical and process management skills
  • Ability to identify efficiencies and best practices
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent communication skills, with an ability to translate data into actionable insights

Responsibilities

  • Working with proprietary software to create contract templates
  • Working closely with legal partners, technology teams and compliance to ensure provider contracts and supporting documents are accurate and reflect business needs
  • Maintaining market specific contract templates, drafting tools, amendments and filing documents
  • Maintaining historical records of provider contract drafting tools for third party inquiries and market conduct reviews
  • Coordinating regulatory filings with Compliance Officers and/or Regulatory Affairs
  • Management of assigned projects utilizing project plans and support from internal tools and documented processes
  • Working with configuration of front-end Contract Lifecycle Management system to ensure submission and accuracy of provider contract builds
  • Using analytical skills to script/program/visualize the data and objectives
