About The Position

As our Senior Marketing Specialist, you will lead strategic marketing initiatives and manage complex projects that directly influence our ability to win work. This role involves producing high-quality RFQ/P responses, presentations, and award submissions, coaching teams for interviews, maintaining CRM systems, and mentoring marketing staff. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field preferred; AEC industry knowledge a plus; 5+ years of experience in A/E/C industry proposal process leadership.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with acute attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint, and CRM systems.
• Strategic mindset and strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate professionally, manage timelines, and adapt to new tools and processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full development of RFQ/P proposals, ensuring submissions are clear, compelling, and compliant.
• Prepare professional, branded interview materials and coach teams to confidently deliver their messaging.
• Produce pursuit collateral, GMP packages, and award submissions that highlight our strengths and project outcomes.
• Maintain CRM accuracy, update content libraries, and support reporting that informs marketing strategy.
• Collaborate closely with operations, preconstruction, and leadership to gather information and support pursuit needs.
• Mentor marketing team members, contribute to training, and support team engagement initiatives across offices.
