About The Position

As a Senior Property Manager you'll be responsible for facility operations of assigned Bank locations and the oversight of Facilities Managers. You'll manage routine issues including building configuration changes, employee relocations, and tenant improvements. The Senior Property Manager maintains or delegates regular communication with employees, building owners and vendors and manages processes and procedures related to the management of and changes within the facility. You'll provide a high level of quality and efficient service to all properties and assure compliance with all Bank policies and procedures, as well as all applicable state and federal banking regulations. Oversee and help maintain up to date space plans and employee locations for ease of space planning discussions and relocations, and manage employee relocations, reconfigurations, furniture needs and installs. Oversee Property Service Agreements and review appropriate documentation for vendor management. Ensure property management includes an emergency and preventative maintenance services for properties owned and leased, respond to Bank Specific Facilities email requests, and ensure all emergency contact information for assigned Bank locations are up-to-date. Review and perform quarterly on-site facility visits to Bank locations to assess employee safety, compliance of policies; identify maintenance needs, excessive clutter, cord management and overall aesthetics. Ensure annual safety inspections with a third party vendor at Bank locations have been scheduled and respond in a timely manner to identified security concerns. Review and approve invoices for payment in a timely manner. Oversee projects for Director of Real Estate including obtaining bids, maintaining project schedules, and keeping and reporting detailed cost and project budget information. Create project plans, assemble project teams, and facilitate project meetings. Track progress of assigned tasks and communicate updates to team on project milestones. Interface regularly with Director of Real Estate to discuss project requirements, costs and budgets, work plan and schedule milestones and quality control and risk identification. Lead and develop a team; responsible for hiring, coaching, performance management, training and development.
