GC Realty & Development, LLC is an industry leader in providing excellent Property Management services. We are looking for a decisive, high-energy leader to fill our Senior Property Manager role. This is your chance to lead the team that defines the GC Realty Experience for our property owners.

Requirements

  • Leadership Experience: At least 3+ years of management or leadership experience within the Property Management industry.
  • Industry Expertise: A deep understanding of property management operations, including leasing, maintenance, and collections.
  • Technical Knowledge: A solid understanding of home systems, repair costs, and Landlord/Tenant laws (including CRLTO/CCRLTO).
  • The "Own It" Mindset: A proactive approach to taking full responsibility for tasks from start to finish with high attention to detail.
  • Calm Under Pressure: The ability to stay positive and professional in a fast-paced, often chaotic environment.
  • Communication Mastery: Skill in handling difficult conversations with tact and transparency to build long-term trust.
  • Licensing: An Active IL Broker's license is required.
  • Education: A High School degree is required

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Client Services Team: Manage and coach your team to ensure every client receives a remarkable experience.
  • Deliver the GC Realty Experience: Ensure all interactions reflect our high standards and values, providing a seamless experience for property owners.
  • Solve Complex Issues: Act as the ultimate escalation point for client issues, resolving them swiftly and effectively.
  • Master the Financials: Conduct detailed reviews of owner statements, rent income, and delinquencies to provide clear financial updates to your clients.
  • Champion Growth & Retention: Understand client goals to retain business and explore opportunities for portfolio growth.
  • Oversee Legal & Compliance: Manage the eviction lifecycle, court documentation, and rental licensing processes to mitigate risk for our owners.
  • Collaborate Across Departments: Work closely with Leasing, Maintenance, and Accounting to ensure smooth operations and prevent departmental silos.
  • Onboard New Partners: Lead the transition for new clients through a comprehensive 90-day onboarding plan.
