About The Position
WinnCompanies is in search of a Senior Property Manager II to join our team at Bridgeton Villas I, a 156-unit affordable housing and tax credit community located in Bridgeton, NJ. In this role, you will plan, control and direct the daily operations of two to seven assets meeting the financial objectives of ownership and management. The ideal candidate will protect the value and integrity of the real estate, be responsible for all applicable regulatory standards and requirements, and manage on-site staff, including Property Managers, either directly or indirectly.
