About The Position

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Marsh as a Senior Property Broker for our San Francisco, CA office. This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office. The successful candidate will lead daily operations from a support and administrative level, coordinating complex logistics and task assignments for client relationship projects while ensuring effective communication and problem resolution. We will count on you to: Independently oversee and manage large or complex accounts, leading the team to formulate procedures and go-to-market strategies. Maintain a near-complete understanding of clients’ strategic priorities, risk strategies, and risk management needs to provide tailored advice. Utilize expert risk knowledge and industry insights to review client exposures and loss experience, developing innovative solutions including recommending additional products and services. Develop, present, and oversee execution of renewal and placement strategies in collaboration with Placement, Advisory Leaders, and Client Executives across multiple zones. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring complex risk management needs are met and client deliverables are of the highest quality. Expertise in property insurance brokerage, including knowledge of coverage areas, client interaction, and problem-solving at a senior level. Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to engage prospective clients and internal teams. Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams to deliver client solutions. In-depth knowledge of changing risk and insurance market conditions. All Marsh colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week. Office-based teams will identify at least one “anchor day” per week on which their full team will be together in person. The applicable base salary range for this role is $154,200 to $328,400. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
