We are looking for a Senior Property Administrator to serve as a key subject matter expert for managing government and company property under Special Access Programs (SAP) and supporting other property-related site initiatives. This role involves overseeing the full property lifecycle, from acquisition to disposition, while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and contract terms. You will also support audits, data analytics, and site support as needed. You will interface with Property, Programs, Customers, Operations, and Contracts personnel to coordinate property/asset management activities in compliance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and contractual requirements.

Requirements

  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience
  • Active and transferable secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date with the ability to obtain a Top Secret security clearance after start.
  • Experience managing the acquisition, receipt, tracking, utilization, transfer, or disposal of government, commercial, or company-owned property.
  • Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and familiarity with the Department of Defense (DoD) and other federal agencies doing business with a military contractor.
  • Experience with property, inventory, and materials industry practices and standards.
  • Experience with corrective action analysis.

  • Experience with Special Access Programs (SAP) / Withheld programs
  • Experience with DCMA (understanding of FAR language; contractual language)
  • Knowledge of and experience with PRISM/SAP, APEX
  • Knowledge of Government reporting systems i.e., WAWF, GFP Module, PIEE
  • NPMA Certifications CPPM/CPPS/CPPA
  • Six Sigma or CORE certification

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main property focal point for Special Access Programs, ensuring adherence to contract requirements, regulations, and RTX/Collins/Site policies and procedures.
  • Act as the liaison for internal and external customer audits and self-assessments where you will generate and provide data analytics and maintain documentation for tracking and reporting. Implement corrective actions identified during assessments.
  • Conduct assessments related to aging property initiatives within property systems and collaborate with the appropriate points of contact (POCs) to ensure timely and effective resolution of identified efforts.
  • Ensure continual accountability of government, contractor, and company property in accordance with applicable regulations and corporate policies with continuous improvement
  • Support property control activities to ensure continual accountability of government, associated contractors, or company property is in accordance with applicable government regulations and/or corporate policy.
  • Review current property management processes to identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities that enhance efficiency, compliance, and data accuracy.
  • Develop and deliver Property Awareness/Training sessions for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures, including Local Instructions (LI)
  • The ability to lift 35 lbs.
  • Travel to our St. Pete site once a week.
