About The Position
The Senior Property Accountant will provide comprehensive accounting support for non-recurring transactions related to assigned properties. This role involves reviewing and analyzing general ledgers, processing journal entries, and preparing various financial reports. The Senior Property Accountant will also be responsible for monitoring cash activity, coordinating debt service payments, and ensuring compliance with financial reporting requirements.
