About The Position

SOCi, the CoMarketing Cloud for Multi-Location Enterprises, is currently looking for an experienced Senior Property Account Executive to drive SOCi’s revenue growth by securing new multi-family/property management client accounts and maximizing opportunities within existing multi-family/property management accounts. This role demands a keen understanding of the challenges faced by multi-family/property management and the ability to align SOCi’s solutions with the client's strategic objectives. The ideal candidate is a motivated, results-driven sales professional with a track record in enterprise sales and deep understanding of digital marketing landscapes.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in a quota-carrying sales or account management role within the SaaS industry.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing accounts in the property/multifamily vertical or a closely related industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to understand complex client needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Willingness to adapt to changes in the job description as deemed necessary by the business.

Responsibilities

  • Leverage industry experience and relationships to retain and grow revenue within your Book of Business consisting of various different sized Property Management companies.
  • Maintain a network of high-level Decision-Makers, Champions and day-to-day users/influencers within the Property Management Marketing teams.
  • Focus 30% of your time on client retention and growth, and 70% on prospecting new clients.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly revenue and pipeline creation goals (3X minimum).
  • Maintain the appropriate level of outbound activity, as defined by your leader, to ensure success and growth.
  • Work closely with clients and prospects to understand their KPIs and ensure they are extracting maximum value from the SOCi platform.
  • Collaborate with SDR, CS and other support teams to deliver superior service and resolve any issues.
  • Track and report on account performance, renewal forecasts, and sales pipeline using Clari and Salesforce.
  • Provide weekly updates and forecasting to senior leadership on client and prospect accounts.
  • Continuously stay abreast of new company technologies and services to maintain a competitive advantage.
