About The Position
In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult as an expert to develop or influence initiatives and resources for highly complex business and technical needs across Engineering. Consult on the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, and advanced analytical and inductive thinking. Provide expertise to client senior leadership on innovative Engineering business solutions. Strategically engage with client personnel. Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Prompt Engineer to support enterprise AI initiatives by standardizing and optimizing prompt engineering practices across business units.
Requirements
- Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
- Strong experience in AI/ML, NLP, or Generative AI.
- Deep understanding of LLMs and prompt-response dynamics.
- Experience with platforms like OpenAI, Anthropic, or Vertex AI.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to document and scale prompt workflows.
Nice To Haves
- Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Linguistics, or related field.
- Experience with advanced prompting (e.g., chaining, RAG).
- Familiarity with AI governance and risk frameworks.
- Background in regulated industries (e.g., finance, healthcare).
