About The Position

In this role, you'll lead: Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership & Delivery Serve as a senior technical resource for EMR, JUA, and Fiber design work Provide expert guidance on joint use attachments, electrical make ready design, and utility standards Review and approve technical work for quality, accuracy, and compliance Resolve complex technical challenges and escalations Support project teams across the full project lifecycle Team Support & Coordination Provide day-to-day technical guidance to designers, technicians, and specialists Mentor team members (10-15 total) and help build technical depth Coordinate work across EMR, JUA, and Fiber teams Partner with project managers and leadership on workload and priorities Client & Stakeholder Collaboration Act as a technical point of contact for CPS Energy and College Station Ensure deliverables meet client expectations and standards Support scope, standards, and execution discussions Required Qualifications Direct experience working with CPS Energy projects and standards Joint Use Attachment (JUA) experience Electrical utility experience (EMR / electric distribution) Strong technical leadership and problem-solving skills Ability to review and guide complex technical deliverables Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting multiple utility clients Combined EMR, JUA, and Fiber project experience Mentoring or coaching experience Familiarity with CPS and College Station standards #LI-KM2 This role is designated as remote, giving you the flexibility to primarily work from home while staying actively connected to your team and projects.
