About The Position

CTG is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Scheduler to support Nuclear and Engineering Projects. This role focuses on developing, maintaining, and delivering accurate schedules for on-line, outage, and life-cycle projects using Primavera and Passport tools.

Requirements

• Advanced experience with Primavera P6 and Passport scheduling tools.
• Experience with report development (Crystal Reports or SQL-based tools).
• Knowledge of outage and on-line risk management software (Paragon).
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Nuclear Engineering or Nuclear Technology with 8+ years of nuclear project experience; OR Associate degree with 10+ years of experience; OR High school diploma/GED with 12+ years of relevant nuclear operations, maintenance, or engineering experience.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring integration across teams and disciplines.
• Perform schedule maintenance between Passport and Primavera scheduling tools.
• Resolve schedule conflicts and create out-year plans for various project sizes.
• Lead schedule review meetings, critical path analysis, and post-work critiques.
• Communicate technical information effectively to project teams and stakeholders.
