We’re looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional projects that directly impact our clients’ success. In this role, you will own project planning and execution from kickoff through delivery, ensuring initiatives are completed on time, within scope, and aligned to business goals. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving problems, and has experience working with client-facing teams.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years managing complex, cross-functional projects.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without authority.
• Demonstrated success leading client-facing projects or programs.
• Proficiency with project management tools (Asana, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar).
• PMP or other project management certification a plus.
• Experience in healthtech, benefits, or SaaS environments strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for large-scale client and internal initiatives, from scoping through post-launch evaluation.
• Partner with Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Operations to align resources and priorities.
• Build and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and communication cadences.
• Identify and mitigate risks, remove roadblocks, and escalate issues when necessary.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment on project goals, deliverables, and timelines.
• Track and report progress against milestones, KPIs, and overall project health.
• Support continuous improvement by standardizing best practices, tools, and processes across projects.
• Mentor junior project managers or project coordinators as the team grows.
