Requirements

• Proven experience managing commercial real estate, construction, or development projects preferred.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Bachelor's degree in business, construction management, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate communication and workflow between clients, internal teams, and subcontractors.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and proactively resolve issues.
• Track budgets and timelines to ensure projects remain on schedule and within approved costs.
• Provide regular project updates and status reports to leadership and key stakeholders.
• Ensure all deliverables meet Martin Commercial's quality standards and client expectations.
• Support a collaborative, solutions-oriented environment focused on accountability and results.
