About The Position
In your new role you will: Plan, organize, and control the project. Be fully responsible for all operational decisions in the project and for the successful achievement of all project targets. Main contact person for all questions regarding the project. Forms and leads the project team. Assigns responsibilities within project to Project Managers of sub-projects and Project Members. Manage projects / sub projects with moderate to high complexity, risk, impact and reach. Manage a diverse project team with sub-projects with a moderate span of GGs. Manage and controls the entire project life-cycle and ensures hand-over to sustaining function. Structure project and ensures compliance. Use IFX project management tools to structure projects and control progress. Apply IFX risk management methodology. Have very good project management knowledge in terms of project initiation, planning and closing including reporting and documentation. Have good knowledge in project-related legal topics and manages financial aspects. Project Execution. Solve complex problems; take a new perspective on existing solutions; exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information. Continuously focus on project quality, assess progress and ensure that goals are met even in the face of challenges. Actively identify and manage changes and adapt project approach accordingly while ensuring buy-in for change. Leading Self & Team. Integrate and balance skills and development areas of team members when creating teams. Assign tasks/ work packages to the most appropriate individuals and holds project team accountable. Create energy and commitment by connecting team members to tasks based on interests and abilities. Determine the most appropriate messages and presents information confidently to the project team. Take time to actively listen and provide constructive, behaviorally-oriented feedback. Be reliable and open to divergent opinions.
