  • Management of environmental compliance assessments, remediation projects, environmental assessments, report preparation, feasibility studies, task management, and subcontractor oversight.
  • Understanding of chemicals of concern in environmental remediation.
  • Review and prepare proposals and statement of qualifications.
  • Work to cross-sell TRC services and increase business from existing accounts.
  • Creates and executes project work plans and staffing plans.
  • Manages project risk by understanding and following risk management procedures.
  • Proficient implementation of TRC's Health & Safety Program and Quality Management Plan.
  • 20 to 25 years of experience with an environmental consulting/engineering firm that has project experience in environmental compliance, due diligence, and other environmental matters.
  • Possess a Bachelor's degree or higher in geology, environmental sciences, engineering, or related field of study from an accredited university.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated success in project management and client management.
  • Working knowledge of environmental regulations (RCRA, NPDES, CERCLA, etc.) and state regulatory agencies (CDPHE, WDEQ, NMED, NMOCD).
  • Ability to interface well with and develop a positive relationship with our clients and employees.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
  • 40-hour HAZWOPER health and safety training certificate.
