The Senior Project Manager will plan, direct, and coordinate activities of designated mechanical, miscellaneous metals, or structural steel construction projects. Responsibilities include administering contracts, managing documentation, conducting meetings, overseeing billings, handling change conditions, ensuring labor productivity, controlling costs, and managing project closeout. The role involves supervising day-to-day operations of staff teams on assigned projects, initiating and reviewing project administration and documentation, and ensuring contract agreements are secured and processed efficiently. The Senior Project Manager will also conduct pre-construction turnover meetings, ensure required permits and licenses are obtained, and coordinate procurement of materials and equipment. Additional responsibilities include negotiating subcontract agreements, maintaining submittal logs, developing billing schedules, managing cash positions, and overseeing financial performance of projects.
