Sedron Technologies is hiring a talented Senior Project Manager! Founded in 2014 and headquartered in the Pacific Northwest, Sedron designs, manufactures, installs, and operates advanced water and waste upcycling technologies. With a focus on transforming the paradigm from waste processing to resource recovery, Sedron works with agricultural, municipal, and industrial customers to process their “waste” into climate-smart commodities through environmentally and financially sustainable methods. The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading the planning and execution of complex projects from design through commissioning. This role combines strategic project planning with hands-on oversight of schedules, budgets, and cross-functional teams. The Senior Project Manager ensures safety, quality, cost, and schedule objectives are met while fostering collaboration across engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and operations. Acting as a key liaison between Sedron, its partners, and customers, this role is central to delivering innovative, mission-critical technologies to the field.

  • Direct and motivate cross-functional teams—including engineering, QHSE, project controls, manufacturing, procurement, construction and commissioning—to achieve project objectives
  • Develop and govern detailed project plans to monitor and forecast cost, schedule, and resource needs using Sedron’s internal systems; escalating key issues and risks with mitigation strategies to leadership
  • Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely material planning, purchasing, and contractor/subcontractor selection, administration and management
  • Implement and uphold quality assurance and safety processes throughout the project lifecycle
  • Steward change management processes, including scope, schedule, and cost adjustments
  • Identify and track project risks, develop proactive mitigation and contingency plans
  • Provide regular project updates to internal stakeholders, leadership, and external customers
  • Mentor and develop project team members while fostering a collaborative work environment
  • Demonstrate initiative, problem-solving drive, and enthusiasm for Sedron’s mission of turning waste into resources
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus
  • 12+ years of experience in project management, specifically in industrial capital projects
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) or similar certification strongly preferred
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Primavera, Microsoft Project, or Smartsheet and tools for budgeting and scheduling
  • Proficiency in execution of Capital Project Systems including the Stage-Gate model and Front-End Loading (FEL)
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communicator with experience presenting project updates to both technical and executive-level stakeholders
  • Must have effective verbal, reading, and written communication skills in the English language
  • Multiple medical, dental, and vision insurance options to keep you feeling your best
  • 401(k) with employer matching
  • Generous paid time off and paid holidays (plus 2 floating holidays to use your way)
  • Disability, Life, and AD&D Insurance
  • FSA and HSA options with employer contributions
  • Tuition reimbursement — we invest in your growth
  • Casual work attire — no suits required (unless that’s your thing)
