The Sr. Project Manager is a key member of the Project Management Office and is responsible for successful delivery of large projects implementing scalable operational processes and automated systems that support Lytx's growth. This role will oversee the New Product Introduction lifecycle (process of bringing a new product or service to market) as well as other strategic, company projects as assigned. The successful candidate will be joining a fast paced, high-growth company and will be involved in the on-going building and improvement of the client experience and operational excellence.

  • Identify and implement continuous improvements to the NPI process for maximum productivity.
  • Assume full ownership of projects assigned with minimal supervision, working closely with Executive Sponsor and Business Owner to define project structure.
  • Utilize project management expertise to collaborate with and motivate cross-functional teams to deliver results that meet the project success criteria.
  • Handle the day-to-day aspects of the project and its scope, including possible conflicting priorities and business interests according to project management best practices.
  • Lead, take action and provide goal oriented direction in the face of ambiguity.
  • Be a trusted business partner to all levels within the organization - establish relationships and get to know their objectives, goals, and/or concerns to best support them.
  • Drive decisions, critical issues, and conflict resolution with neutral, approachable, data-driven communications.
  • Confident communicator with strong EQ. Ability to listen and be patient with others.
  • Minimum seven years of project management experience in technology / e-commerce industry.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred.
  • Proven experience leading large, complex cross functional initiatives and/or NPI processes.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, ability to multitask and handle urgent interruptions with poise and professionalism.
  • Clearly organize and inform change management through excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Exercise both ‘self drive' and teamwork to get results in diverse, fast paced environments.
  • Familiarity of Agile SDLC.
  • Proficient in Smartsheet or other project management tool, Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office applications including Word, Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of CRM and ERP from a business user perspective; SalesForce and Netsuite a plus.
