Requirements

  • Bachelors' degree or equivalent experience required.
  • At least five years' experience in project management or process improvement role.
  • PMP or Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification required.
  • Communication and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
  • Flexibility and ability to pivot.
  • Persistent and thoughtful approach to barriers.
  • Ability to bring energy and fun to both high-pressure and celebratory moments.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC), Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) or other regulatory bodies.
  • Experience in healthcare process improvement.
  • Understanding of how to analyze data and use statistics to provide data-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Scope project work and put a plan together to get the work done.
  • Facilitate project implementation with various departments to keep projects moving to successful completion.
  • Be a project generalist as the projects range from clinical, non-clinical and technical functions.
  • Provide data analytics that support quality reporting, report design and data-driven solutions.
