  • Leadership of small, medium, and large-scale projects and initiatives
  • Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget
  • Follow the standard project management methodology
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring operational and technical feasibility
  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of projects
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Manage the relationship with the Project Owner, Executive Sponsor, and key stakeholders
  • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term deliverables
  • Perform other duties as assigned or required
  • Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study preferred or equivalent work experience
  • 5 years of progressively responsible experience managing/directing projects and/or teams
  • Previous financial service experience in a technology field is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
