Infosys is hiring a Senior Project Manager -As a Senior Project Manager to support and enhance enterprise web applications. This role involves managing multiple tracks of AMS including incident management, problem management, enhancements, audits and continuous improvements and ensuring performance and security compliance in a regulated environment. You will be part of a collaborative team that values innovation, continuous learning, and operational excellence.

  • Lead projects across multiple applications and technologies.
  • Ensure compliance with ITIL processes and best practices.
  • Lead the development and maintenance of web applications using Angular, JavaScript, and Java/.NET technologies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and service requests.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend developers to deliver seamless user experiences.
  • Implement enhancements, bug fixes, and performance optimizations.
  • Ensure compliance with aerospace industry standards and secure coding practices.
  • Ensure code reviews, testing, and deployment activities happen on time and expected quality.
  • Oversee incident resolution, root cause analysis, and preventive actions.
  • Manage change requests and ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Track the progress of the project and report weekly status highlighting accomplishments, focus areas, risks, open items, dependencies etc.
  • Automate the complete development process using continuous integration and deployment tools.
  • Conduct extensive design and impact analysis for complex requirements.
  • Quality assurance by defining and performing functional, regression, performance tests and adhering to guidelines and SLA.
  • Proactive monitoring of application components and Perform PMA Analysis (Problem Management Analysis) to prioritize root cause issues.
  • Support Data Center Migration, inventory of systems, retire and decommission old infrastructure.
  • Suggesting Industry best practices for DEVOPS (Development and Operations) Continuous Integration and continuous developments.
  • Suggest applications cloud platform migration strategy and estimation with solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 11 years of Information Technology experience managing multiple tracks in support and development projects.
  • Experience with modern frameworks.
  • Familiarity with Spring Boot, Hibernate, and microservices architecture.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
  • Strong experience in Auto domain and related applications.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to coordinate multiple tasks, set priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Strong problem solving and excellent communication skills with experience engaging customers and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a team in a diverse/multiple stakeholder environment.
  • Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
