We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Site Civil Development practice area, focusing on industrial projects; flex office space, multi-tenant buildings, warehousing, manufacturing, fulfillment centers, etc. This is an opportunity to apply your client expertise, technical knowledge, and creativity to projects that directly improve our communities – while coaching and leading a talented team.

  • Lead and manage industrial projects including flex office space, multi-tenant buildings, warehousing, manufacturing, and fulfillment centers.
  • Coach and lead a talented team.
  • Expand and grow the existing team.
  • Build and lead a team with company support for resources, clients, and recruitment.
  • Manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Licensed Professional Engineer.
  • 9+ years of engineering/industry experience with demonstrated team management and coaching.
  • Strong leadership, project management, and client relationship skills.
  • Knowledge of industrial projects, contracts, and project financials, including budgeting/forecasting.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.
  • Project Manager training and/or certifications.
  • Employee ownership through ESOP model.
  • Flexibility to balance career growth with life outside of work.
  • Support for professional development through mentoring and training.
