About The Position

We are looking for an experienced civil engineer to assist in the growth and expansion of our land development engineering department. NV5 (NYSE: TIC) is a provider of professional and technical engineering and consulting solutions to public and private sector clients in the infrastructure, energy, construction, program management and environmental markets. NV5 is an ENR Top 500 firm; we offer a full range of professional services in offices throughout the U.S.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years land development engineering experience
• Minimum of 3 years project management experience
• Bachelor's degree in civil or agricultural engineering
• Florida PE License
• Experience with AutoCAD and Civil3D
• Stormwater and utility experience
• Must pass mandatory DMV check

Responsibilities

• Project design and permitting
• Calculations
• Familiarity with applicable FDEP, WMD, local, etc. codes and requirements and ensuring compliance
• Managing and communicating with project team(s), clients, and agencies
• Perform site visits as needed
• Attend external meetings
