Senior Project Manager As our Senior Project Manager, you will be a key player in leading complex electrical projects from planning through completion, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule alignment.

Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical Systems Design, or a related field, or equivalent years of experience.
• 10+ years of experience in project management within the construction industry, with a preference for experience in industrial or renewable energy projects.
• Experience with electrical systems, including estimating, procurement, and construction processes. Familiarity with project management software such as Bluebeam, Procore, and other document tracking tools.
• Proven ability to lead teams, mentor field personnel, and manage relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present ideas and project updates clearly to clients, team members, and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to anticipate project needs and proactively address issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage electrical projects from start to finish, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and safe delivery for industrial clients.
• Track budgets, forecast costs, and conduct regular evaluations to maintain project profitability and resolve variances.
• Supervise field personnel, lead site meetings, and enforce safety standards through regular jobsite walkthroughs.
• Serve as the main client contact, resolving issues and maintaining strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure accurate project documentation, submittals, and compliance, while integrating value engineering and industry best practices.
• Other duties as assigned.
