About The Position

Skanska is searching for a dynamic Senior Project Manager for their Heavy Civil team in Boston, MA. The Senior Project Manager is responsible for managing the overall project direction, completion, and financial outcome, as well as administering owner and subcontractor relationships for assigned projects. This position may involve overseeing a single large project or multiple projects and includes directing and mentoring on-site staff. The role requires strong business management acumen, leadership, organizational, time management, communication, and client service skills. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree – Construction or Engineering or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 10+ years prior relevant experience
  • Broad management knowledge to lead project teams on multiple projects or one large project or lead a department
  • Mastery level knowledge and skills within a specific technical or Professional discipline with broad understanding of other areas within the job function
  • Business management acumen
  • Strong leadership, organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and client service skills

Responsibilities

  • May oversee a single large project or multiple projects
