Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
7+ years leading ERP implementations, and at least 5+ years’ experience leading Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations and/or Dynamics AX implementation projects
10+ years’ experience with operations or financial implementations
Excellent client relation skills, communication, organization, & prioritization capabilities
Demonstrated experience leading senior business executive level meetings
Prior experience working at a Consultancy
25-50% travel may be required
US Citizen or Green Card Holder

Responsibilities

Collaborate with customers to prepare & manage objectives, scope, project plan, timeline, budget, & resource plan for D365 F&O implementations
Participate in operational review meetings with customers to translate business needs into functional requirements & business scenarios
Identify stakeholders and establish effective and appropriate communication and coordination with all
Manage effective transition of requirements to delivery team, ensuring a clear & complete understanding of requirements
Manage software development lifecycle for approved development activities
Facilitate weekly status meetings with clients & prepare weekly status reports
Identify risks & manage risk mitigation plans in close collaboration with clients
Lead effective collaboration across multiple teams to proactively manage response to escalations and facilitate resolution
