We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our Keyrus US team. This person will lead high-impact client engagements end-to-end, act as a strategic partner for our client in the financial industry, and oversee delivery, budget, resources, and expectations across complex projects.

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery, from kick-off to post-implementation review, ensuring quality, timelines, and scope are consistently met.
  • Serve as the primary client partner: manage updates, escalations, expectations, and identify opportunities to grow the account.
  • Manage project timelines, scope, and stakeholder communication to ensure successful implementation and smooth transition to production.
  • Prepare and deliver project documentation, including status reports, scorecards, and post-implementation reviews.
  • Actively participate in testing phases (SIT, UAT) by supporting coordination, defect management, and readiness for go-live.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, align deliverables, and ensure strong execution.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices, governance standards, and compliance expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Lead and support change management activities to facilitate adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working across stakeholder groups. Manage risk, track issues, and run escalation processes to maintain overall project health.
  • Contribute to PMO standards, continuous improvement initiatives, and operational excellence across engagements.
  • 10+ years of experience in project management ideally including experience in the finance industry.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities while maintaining focus on critical deliverables.
  • Excellent stakeholder management: ability to build trust, manage expectations, and influence senior leaders.
  • Strong facilitation skills: lead meetings, define clear agendas, capture action items, and drive closure.
  • Experience in change management and driving adoption of new systems or processes.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical mindset and structured approach to problem-solving, documentation, and delivery.
  • Knowledge of financial systems is an asset (for example: Kyriba, PeopleSoft, valuation systems).
