Senior Project Manager
About The Position
Metcalf Builders, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our construction family. Someone who is interested in joining a company with a true family culture approach and who will help expand on our core values of Safety, Integrity, Trust, and Excellence. The Project Manager reports to the VP of Operations or Senior Project Manager as directed. Duties and responsibilities of the position include the following: performs project coordination duties; performs project management duties to assure that all projects are completed in a safe, professional manner, within budget and schedule guidelines, and at a fair profit; performs or supervises project activities; and performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Knowledge of all phases of construction.
- Knowledge of scheduling complex projects.
- Skill at identifying changes and discrepancies in plans and schedules.
- Ability to provide leadership for projects and company.
- Ability to present information in a clear and understandable manner.
- B.S. in Construction, Engineering, or related field or equivalent through experience.
- 10 years’ experience in the construction industry with a minimum of years’ in project management.
Responsibilities
