Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years management experience
- 3+ years functional experience in construction project management
- Proven expertise managing complex projects including MEP systems
- Strong knowledge of safety programs and regulatory compliance
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, Adobe, Visio, and scheduling/estimating software
- Experience with project management and financial systems
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to convey technical information to diverse audiences
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor project management teams, ensuring accountability and performance excellence
- Oversee all construction project phases from planning through commissioning
- Manage client and subcontractor relationships with professional communication and dispute resolution
- Drive financial success through budget analysis, cost estimation, and proactive issue resolution
- Ensure compliance with safety programs, specifications, codes, and company standards
