Responsibilities: Execute product development plans in coordination with Product Managers, focusing on timely delivery, resource alignment, and cross-functional coordination. Lead engineering programs that resolve material procurement challenges, especially those related to the PON process. Develop and manage detailed project schedules, budgets, and execution plans across engineering and supply chain teams. Coordinate efforts across functional groups (engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and quality) to ensure alignment and timely execution. Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep programs on track. Facilitate regular program reviews, status updates, and stakeholder communications. Support Engineering Change Requests (ECRs), BOM updates, and documentation workflows in collaboration with Product Managers and technical leads. Ensure validation, verification, and release activities are executed according to plan. Collaborate with Product Managers to translate product requirements into actionable engineering tasks and milestones. Drive continuous improvement in program execution processes and tools.

  • Project or demonstrated program management experience in capital equipment product development.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in program or project management within a technical or engineering environment.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Experience managing complex engineering programs with multiple stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with product lifecycle phases and engineering development workflows.
  • BS in Engineering (ME, EE, CS, CSE, Physics) or equivalent technical degree preferred
  • MBA or PMP certification is a plus.
