Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution Develop detailed project plans, define milestones, allocate resources, and manage schedules to ensure timely completion.
Coordinate multi-site and cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and PMO standards.
Facilitate project kickoff, governance, and closeout meetings to maintain transparency and accountability.
Risk & Issue Management Identify project risks and obstacles; develop mitigation and contingency strategies.
Escalate critical issues to the Director of Corporate Project Management and propose corrective actions.
Monitor dependencies, constraints, and resource utilization across the portfolio.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting Track progress, costs, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for all assigned projects.
Prepare concise project updates, executive summaries, and post-implementation reviews for leadership.
Partner with the Data & Analytics team to integrate project metrics into corporate dashboards.
Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Quality Managers to ensure project deliverables meet all compliance, SOP, and QMS standards.
Work with Organizational Enablement & Alignment to accelerate adoption and ensure process changes are fully embedded.
Collaborate with facility leaders and department heads to synchronize local and corporate initiatives.
Continuous Improvement & Governance Contribute to the development and refinement of PMO tools, templates, and best practices.
Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve project delivery efficiency across sites.
Support organizational learning by capturing and sharing lessons learned from completed initiatives.
