Responsibilities

  • Project Planning & Execution Develop detailed project plans, define milestones, allocate resources, and manage schedules to ensure timely completion.
  • Coordinate multi-site and cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and PMO standards.
  • Facilitate project kickoff, governance, and closeout meetings to maintain transparency and accountability.
  • Risk & Issue Management Identify project risks and obstacles; develop mitigation and contingency strategies.
  • Escalate critical issues to the Director of Corporate Project Management and propose corrective actions.
  • Monitor dependencies, constraints, and resource utilization across the portfolio.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting Track progress, costs, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for all assigned projects.
  • Prepare concise project updates, executive summaries, and post-implementation reviews for leadership.
  • Partner with the Data & Analytics team to integrate project metrics into corporate dashboards.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Quality Managers to ensure project deliverables meet all compliance, SOP, and QMS standards.
  • Work with Organizational Enablement & Alignment to accelerate adoption and ensure process changes are fully embedded.
  • Collaborate with facility leaders and department heads to synchronize local and corporate initiatives.
  • Continuous Improvement & Governance Contribute to the development and refinement of PMO tools, templates, and best practices.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve project delivery efficiency across sites.
  • Support organizational learning by capturing and sharing lessons learned from completed initiatives.
